Green Architects (supplemental, 1 - 5)
Designing life into your homes and buildings
Most people think of buildings as just a collection of cement and steel, pipes and wires. In Green Architects Callie tells us her story and helps us explore the ways buildings can be seen as dynamic participants in the community – impacting both our energy usage and environmental impact but also our day-to-day well being. Activities give students a chance to explore ways to make your home, school or office more environmentally friendly through the use of recyclable materials, energy efficient design and more.
